Springboard App will guide the users by proactively serving up actionable information and suggestible recommendations related to work. The beta version of revamped new Sites give the users template and easy to use editor. The editor team is supposed to aid in creating sites for communicating things.
No other information is disclosed regarding what other things, springboard would surface, its look and feel, how it would appear and more.
Springboard is now being offered to the early adopter birds, soon it will be available in the market. Google is also kicking off a similar program for its updated Google Sites tool that lets users create Web pages for sharing information with others across the enterprise.
Apart from searching of information, Springboard app will also display files and contacts for users that are informed by calendar events users have on their schedule and other signals. Google is also planning for the iOS app of springboard in future.

Researchers of McKinsey & Co, had updated that, employees generally spent 20% of their time every week in gathering of data.
